DESCRIPTION:The RISC-V Software Ecosystem (RISE) Project is a Linux Foundat
 ion Europe initiative where hardware\, software and services companies col
 laborate to bridge the gap between architectural potential and commercial 
 software readiness. While the RISC-V community is highly impactful\, indus
 trial-grade software often requires an extra push. RISE provides this thro
 ugh direct engineering\, an RFP process that has already deployed over €
 1M in contracts\, and individual support through the RISE Developer Apprec
 iation Program.\n\nThis session highlights how RISE is accelerating RISC-V
  adoption within key upstream open-source projects. We will detail our str
 ategic push to enable AI/ML workloads through targeted investments in PyTo
 rch\, Llama.cpp\, IREE\, oneDNN\, and OpenBLAS. We’ll demonstrate how RI
 SE is lowering the barrier to entry by providing free GitHub and GitLab ru
 nners for riscv64\, alongside self-service remote hardware access via the 
 RISE Board Farm. Finally\, we will share our long-term roadmap for ecosyst
 em performance and stability\, focusing on LLVM auto-vectorization for RVV
  at scale and the RISE Build Farm’s role in proactive bug detection acro
 ss kernel\, toolchain and system libraries.
