 pen\n    opportunities for hardware research\, innovation for\n    industr
 y. Researcher or industrial can customize a CPU core for a\n    given spec
 ific application\, thus provide industrial advantage.\n\n\nIt would be str
 ange not to take advantage of this opportunity to\n    revisit the ecosyst
 em of software tools.\n\nIn this article\, we propose a new compiler for g
 enerating a part\n    of the binary code at runtime.\n\nThis has several a
 dvantages: (1) generating code by leveraging\n    knowledge of user data w
 hich provide speed optimization\, (2)\n    generating code with knowledge 
 of the accelerators available on a\n    given platform\, and (3) taking ad
 vantage of unconventional\n    accelerators specific to a computing platfo
 rm.\n\nThe 2 later points are specifically interesting for the RISC-V\n   
  community which already show a wide variety of platforms.
